Nothing beats the convenience of having access to your own swimming pool 24/7. There's chairs, a table and 4 sun loungers.

The pool is heated September to May (inc.) FREE OF CHARGE and the hot tub is heated all year round.

Luxury Master Bedroom

The Master Bedroom boasts a luxury King Size bed, en-suite and large walk-in closet. There's lots of drawers and rails for clothes and a safe for valuables.

The en-suite has double sink unit and a large walk-in shower, with grab handles and a shower stool for the less mobile or partially disabled.

You can also enjoy watching movies on the ROKU TV. Add your Netflix, YouTube or Disney+ service for the duration of your stay

Bedrooms

There is a 2nd en-suite Master bedroom on the ground floor, offering comfort and space. Both Master bedrooms have ceiling fans .

Upstairs there are 3 twin bedrooms and a 3rd bathroom.

All bedrooms have plenty drawer & closet space, extra bedding and modern ROKU TVs. There's also hairdryers in the bathrooms.

Our Ever Popular Games Room

The most popular room in the house! Our Games Room features a quality 8' slate bed pool table, as well as table tennis, foosball and air hockey.

Everyone has loads of fun playing games in the evening. Its sure to keep everyone occupied when not out enjoying the Disney parks.

I have visited the USA many times before but this was my first Visit to Florida. The Directions to the Villa were spot on, and the Information pack was very helpfull. Someone has taken time to get that right. The Villa was clean and comfortable we very quickly settled in. All the amentities you would expect at home plus a bit more. The access to the Parks both Disney and Universal was excellent. I guess when writing a review, the main question is would you recommend this Villa to a friend, The answer is yes and I have done
