BBQ ^
If you want a BBQ please book it in advance. We now rent a Gas Grill for your stay for a discounted price of $40 per week. This is delivered to the villa on your specified day & includes a full bottle of gas. We feel this is the best way to ensure you get a clean, operational BBQ every visit.€‹
For your safety we have ensured that the home meets all local regulations, we have a lodging license, it has 2 Fire Extinguishers, Emergency Lighting, Smoke Detectors in all rooms and a Child Safety Fence for around the pool. There is also a Monitored Burglar Alarm for your extra protection and this includes Fire detection to give you complete peace of mind. Our home has extended liability insurance and we are registered to pay Sales Tax on all rental income. We charge rental rates to cover the majority of the costs of running a luxury home that we want to keep for years to come. If you decide to book a 'cheaper' home then please make sure the owner has all of the above measures in place.
